Kahveli Kurabiye - Coffe Cookie

Ingredients:
1/2 pack margarin or butter
1 cup powder sugar
1 egg
2 cup flour
2 tbsp coffe
1 tbsp nescafe
Cinnamon
Rice flour
Starch
Baking powder
Vanilla
Grated lemon or orange shell
Grated coconut

If required, it is served with chocolate sauce on top.
