BROWNIE

4 EGGS

1 and 1/2 CUPS SUGAR

1 CUP COCOA

1 CUP MILK

1 CUP LIQUID OIL

½ CUP WATER

1 TBSP VANILLA

2 TBSP BAKING POWDER

½ TSP SALT

1 CUP BITTERSWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS

1 CUP MILK CHOCOLATE CHIPS

3 CUPS FLOUR

• Whisk white part of eggs in the glass cup until coming to its cream consistency. Whisk yolks and sugar until sugar melt. add oil after sugar melt. mix the white part of eggs and the other mixture. add milk, water, and whisk a little more. 
• Add flour, baking powder, vanilla and cocoa. Blend mixture. 
• Rub oil to tray. sprinkle flour so as not to stick to tray. Put the tray into oven preheated 325 F. First 25 minute don't open the oven.  Bake 40 minute.
