Vanilla Ice Cream

2 lb milk
2 table spoons starch
1 cup sugar
1 pack of vanilla
1 egg yolk
1/2 table spoon ground orchid root

Put milk in a steel pot. Mix the other ingredient together and add to milk. Stir it until it boil. Let it boil 5-6 mins. Stir it until it get cold and put the pot in freezer. Stir it every 5 mins until it has frozen so that it becomes smooth when you eat it. Bon appetite!
