2 cup red lentil
1/2 cup thin bulgur1 piece carrot
1 piece potato
2 pieces tomatoes
1 small onion
4 garlic cloves
Black pepper
Dry mint
Cumin
Flaked red pepper
Salt
Lemon juice
Boil red lentil and while still boiling add grated onion, potato and carrot, and then bulgur. In a separate pan, parch shredded onions, tomatoes, and garlic. Then add the mix to pan and put all spiceses. Squeeze 1 lemon juice. Bon appetite!!!
